Scope of this project is to establish a supply chain for green wastes, combined with the relevant business model, which will secure its sustainability. The supply chain will be customized according to the wastes that are available from both sides of the border and the business model will be adapted to the specific local conditions. The supply chain will serve selected end users in each country, therefore its operability will be tested and possible problems and barriers will be resolved.
Because of knowledge and knowhow, Clube will be the guide of this Project in order to create a sustainable interactive platform and mega cluster of agro waste suppliers and buyers.
Clube’s guidelines will be very important in order to create a mega cluster by creating a new cluster in each country or new partners in the existing cluster-agro waste supply chain.
Specifically, Clube will be based on the Triple Helix Theory to create a new cluster or will do personal interviews and organize events ( roundtables, workshops e.t.c.) to increase partners in the existing cluster .
In this way, the Mega Cluster will be implemented in the future and will work effectively, meeting the needs of the participants.
