Written under the aGROWchain project, this guide provides a general overview of biomass and its uses, and then gives detailed instructions on how to use two common locally available sources of biomass: tree prunings and reeds. The information included can guide local authorities and other interested parties on how to set up a sustainable supply chain for heating fuel, using municipal tree prunings, prunings from vineyards and fruit tree plantations, or reeds as a source.
